Tucked along Riverview Road, this house comes with its own stretch known as Lake Placid.

Bring the kayaks out before breakfast, let the kids run the lawn until dark, and grill something for dinner on the covered patio. There's a dock for fishing, a ping-pong table for rainy afternoons, and more shade from old hardwoods than you'll know what to do with. It's the kind of place where the only real plan is the lake.

Three bedrooms sleep up to eight, with a second outdoor shower built just for rinsing off after a swim. Everything you need for a long weekend or a full week is already here.
